Have a read of this:

or you could use a premade template:

You can make the width of the middle section larger, look in the CSS code for a width paremeter, and experiment.

Remember to backup your original code before editing.

Read the link on my last post.

You need to increase the side of the "width" paremeter in the CSS code that you can edit from your Blog settings.

See here for how to get to your settings:

http://www.blogdoctor.me/2006/10/how-to ... plate.html

Then click through the settings until you get to one that has CSS code in it, and search for one of these.
(if you dont know what css looks like, this is the current CSS thats on your blog: http://pastebin.com/f3528b9fa)

#outer-wrapper
#main-wrapper
#sidebar-wrapper
#newsidebar-wrapper

Change the number next to the width underneath the name, and click preview to see how it changes the look.

I'd give you more detailed instructions, but I dont have a blog so i cant sign in to look myself.
